Acceptance of Terms
TutorTrack is operated by Radian Stack ("we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using TutorTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including teachers, school staff, and administrators.
Service Description
TutorTrack is an AI-powered marking workspace for teachers. Our services include:
- AI-assisted paper, quiz, and assignment checking
- Rubric and answer-key creation for educators
- Marking records and gradebook organization
- Teacher review controls for AI-generated feedback
User Responsibilities
As a user of TutorTrack, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Use the service for educational purposes only
- Respect intellectual property rights and not share copyrighted content
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Report any security concerns or inappropriate content
Prohibited Uses
You may not use TutorTrack to:
- Engage in academic dishonesty, cheating, or plagiarism
- Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users
- Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Subscription and Payment
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and auto-renew until canceled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method for each billing cycle.
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect and remit applicable taxes (including VAT/GST) and issue invoices and receipts as required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to paid features until that period ends. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
TutorTrack and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create on the platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to provide our services.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use TutorTrack for educational purposes in accordance with these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Service Provided "As Is": TutorTrack is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific grading outcomes or uninterrupted service availability.
Limitation of Damages: In no event shall TutorTrack be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
