Refund Policy

Clear and fair refund terms for all TutorTrack subscriptions.

1. Refund and Billing Policy

TutorTrack paid plans are monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions billed in advance. All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be initiated through Paddle using your receipt, invoice, or billing portal.

If you need help locating your Paddle transaction details, contact us at connect@radianstack.com.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access to paid features remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can assist quickly. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through Paddle and your payment provider according to their rules.

5. Free Plan

TutorTrack Free does not require payment, so no refund process applies to the free plan.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
